In contrast to 2020, 2021 was loaded with new MCU content. Marvel is marking the end of 2021 with the conclusion of its Hawkeye show and the theatrical release of No Way Home. Prior to Spider-Man: No Way Home, the studio had already released three Marvel movies and a handful of Disney+ shows, all in the span of just one year. However, that doesn’t mean Phase 4 is anywhere close to being done. With the release of its third solo Spider-Man movie, the MCU will have put out four films since Phase 3 came to an end. After Spider-Man: No Way Home, Marvel Studios will still have 12 MCU movies on the horizon.
